Photographer Benjamin Von Wong recently pulled off a fantastic underwater photoshoot in Bali that comprised seven divers, two models, and an underwater shipwreck off the shores of Bali.
Considering the equipment and sheer number of people involved, it could have easily turned out to be a logistical nightmare, but the seasoned photographer handled it like a pro.
Wong shot with a Nikon D90, a 12-24mm f/4 lens, Aquatica underwater housing, and relied on natural lighting. Some of the challenges he faced included using only free divers, as normal models wouldn’t have extensive dive training, and having specially trained safety divers on hand to ensure a smooth photoshoot.
