Padovani Architects have designed a new house in Campinas, Brazil, for a family who wanted to have space to entertain as well as relax.
At the front of the house, landscaping with strategically placed lighting, highlights the driveway and the path to the front door.
At the rear of the house, the landscaping with palm trees and paths continues, with a swimming pool being the focal point of the backyard.
Large sliding glass walls open to connect the backyard to the interior living spaces, like the open plan sunken living room, dining room, and kitchen.
On the same floor, there’s additional living space, with a more formal dining room and living room. Wood accent walls and artwork contrast the all white walls, while hidden lighting creates a calm atmosphere.
In the basement, there’s a bar and lounge with a large television on the wall, and floor to ceiling wine racks to display the home owner’s wine collection.
